Obituary of Alberta Dareta Young

Young, Alberta Daretha peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by her family and loved ones, on Sunday July 18, 2021, in Mississauga, Ontario. She was a cherished mother, devoted wife, caring and loving grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, loving aunt, cousin, and a dear friend. Predeceased by her husband Zephaniah Young, son Nevel Young, grand-son Robert Stewart, and grand-daughter Opal Patricia Young. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family appreciates the prayers, thoughts, and words of encouragement during this difficult time.

Capacity limits have been removed for indoor and outdoor funeral services, including visitations.

Restrictions that will remain in place are:

Physical distancing of 2 metres (6 ft.) between people.

COVID signage will be present at the entrance and around the facility so that guests can self-assess.

Contact tracing will continue.

Important Note:  Cemetery can restrict capacity limits as they deem necessary.  They are permitted to be stricter with numbers and we must comply.
