Obituary of Marvin Nedd

Marvin Nedd "Q or Qp" loving husband, son and father of two sons, was taken from us on Saturday, September 18th, 2021. He was going to run some errands on Weston Rd & Lawrence when a  driver hit him off his 2008 Kawasaki ZX-6R motorcycle, it was his favorite thing to do.

Marvin was born on August 22, 1972 in Toronto, Ontario to Ruth Nedd and O'Carol Francis He received his diploma from Humber College In Toronto, and practiced mechanics for 20+ years in Toronto. After acquiring his red seal he decided to reach newer highs. He pursued carpentry and acquired his red seal in that field as well. This enabled him to once again work across the province freely. He had plans to marry but that was taken from him and his spouse to be, as well as having another child.

Marvin had a great passion for music, this was recognized in his early 20s when he started DJ'ing at clubs and parties. His greatest accomplishment to date is his record label 'Bad Mannaz'. He also had a passion for automobiles, he worked on a range of cars and motorcycles from Chevrolets to porsches and kawasaki's and Honda's including his own motorcycle. One of his favourite hobbies was riding his motorcycle, he would go on about what to do when the oil leaks and your tires get worn out from time to time. Though he didn't watch professional racing he still went on the track and was able to perform and outperform those who had been riding for years. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit.

Our deepest condolences to Marvin's family who he loved and cherished dearly Michelle Mattiasch (spouse), Lamar Nedd & Jacob Nedd (sons), Ruth Nedd (mother), Hilton Hutchinson (step-father), Ambrose Francis (Uncle), Kirt Nedd (brother), Nigel Francis (brother), Nicole (sister).

Capacity limits have been removed for indoor and outdoor funeral services, including visitations.

Restrictions that will remain in place are:

Masks and/or face coverings are required. 

Physical distancing of 2 metres (6 ft.) between people.

COVID signage will be present at the entrance and around the facility so that guests can self-assess.

Contact tracing will continue.
