Obituary of Anne-Marie Perstephanie Russell

Anne-Marie Russell peacefully passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021 in Toronto, at the age of 51.  She was a loving and cherished mother, sister, aunt, and cousin. Anne-Marie will be greatly missed by all of her extended family in Antigua and other parts of the world, co-workers, and friends.  The family appreciates all of the your prayers and kind gestures during this diffifcult time.

Capacity limits have been reduced by 50% for indoor funeral services and visitations. 

Restrictions that will remain in place are:

1. Masks and/or face coverings are required. 
2. Physical distancing of 2 metres (6 ft.) between people.
3. COVID signage will be present at the entrance and around the facility so that guests can self-assess.
4. Contact tracing will continue.
5. 75 ppl maximum in the chapel.
6. 50% capacity in viewing suites.

Important Note:  Cemetery can restrict capacity limits as they deem necessary.  They are permitted to be stricter with numbers and we must comply.
