Obituary of Audrey Bernadette Somersall

Audrey Somersall who loved to be called Momma/Mother by her children departed her beautiful and loving children, Thursday, January 6th, 2022.

Audrey was born in Basseterre, St. Kitts on December 9th, 1937 to Catherine Ward and Ernest Kelly.

Audrey was mother to eight children;Rupertha (Carol) Tatem, Glen Somersall, Doll Somersall, George (Junie) Somersall, Debbie Hutchinson, Ronnie Somersall, Jackie Somersall, and Allison Somersall Pitter. She raised her children in the city of Basseterre with her devoted husband, George  Arthur Somersall.

She is survived by all 8 children, 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren

Audrey, a mother, wife, sister, and a beloved human being was adored by so many in her community both locally and internationally. Her life was a testament that she lived a life of humility and righteousness.

Capacity limits have been reduced by 50% for indoor funeral services and visitations. 

Restrictions that will remain in place are:

1. Masks and/or face coverings are required. 

2. Physical distancing of 2 metres (6 ft.) between people.

3. COVID signage will be present at the entrance and around the facility so that guests can self-assess.

4. Contact tracing will continue.

5. 75 ppl maximum in the chapel.

6. 50% capacity in viewing suites.
