Nathan, twin to Natasha, only son for KerryAnne, was a delightful young man, one who was defined by his personality, gentleness, infectious smile, helpful nature. As I can remember him, he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. I hadn't seen him for years, I would always asked his mom for an update on how he and his siblings were doing and KerryAnne would also say, Nathan is doing well, finishing his schooling and also working which I was totally impressed with to know that regardless of any struggle, he was pulling through with his life. When I learned of Nathan's passing, I couldn't get him out of my mind and kept praying and asking God how could this be, the word I heard clearly were, Jesus wants him for a sunbeam. I said what? and it was reaped, Jesus wants him for a sunbeam. Nathan is now in heaven being a sunbeam for Jesus. There is a better job opportunity for Nathan in heaven and the rewards there are greater than here. My deepest condolences to the family as it is not easy on those who are left behind to deal with losing the opportunity to touch, feel, speak, relax with, communicate one way or another with the loved ones, the pain is real. May we all embrace each other during this time of bereavement and continue to hold on to God's unchanging hands and lean on him for comfort, grace mercy and strength to carry on. Love each other, reach out to each, pray for each other, help each other, do all we can to be at peace with each other, stay in contact with each other, cherish the moments we have with each other. We are our brothers keeper. Let's carry on with the memories while we create new ones with those that are still here. That is all we can do. God bless us all. Be comforted KerryAnne and family especially Natasha his twin. He came, he did and he left. Sweet memories. From Jacqueline Jones and family.

I met Nathan in May of 2016 as a prospective tenant.
My initial impression of him, was that he had a very good upbringing and very good manners with the latter being very important to me. He seemed quite shy and a little nervous at the time but I felt that was normal under the circumstances as I guess he probably felt like it was an interview which it kind of was, and he was assessing me as I was assessing him..
I could tell, that as we say those of us who come from the Caribbean "him come from a good home" based on the way he
addressed me and as I said before, his extremely good manners that is typically taught and learnt from early childhood within the home and that was important to me as I was extremely careful about whom I was prepared to enter and live in my home. Needless to say Nathan based on his demeanor, attitude and just "niceness" passed all of my internal checklist and the apartment was his.
He was so excited and happy which I totally understand as most of us can probably remember how we felt when we got our first apartment.
I had an opportunity a few weeks later after he had moved in to inquire of the lady who had introduced him to me, if there was anything further that she could share with me regarding his personality, likes, dislikes etc...as I wanted him to feel comfortable and to also respect his boundaries (if there were any) and I also felt that her input would help me to get to know him a little better).
She responded by saying that Nathan was a very nice and respectful young man who was very private, stayed out of trouble and had very good morals.
After hearing my own assessment of him confirmed by someone who knew him so well, I thought to myself "God has provided me with a "Perfect Tenant" and as the years went by every word she used along with my own assessment proved to be exactly true.
On the rare occasion that he would venture upstairs to visit and chat with me, we would talk about various topics and he would mention his family with his face brightening up especially when he talked about his sister which those of us who have siblings can relate to that special and unique bond that brothers and sisters can sometimes share.
I had another occasion to see the" caring and tender hearted" side of him when I had to leave the house to run an emergency errand which would mean I would have had to leave my mother who lived with me and had Alzheimer's by herself even if it was only for 1/2 hr.
She was also wheelchair bound and unable to speak so I called Nathan and explained that it was an emergency and asked him if he would sit with her until I got back, and without hesitation he said he would come right up.
While I was on my way back he phoned to reassure me that she was fine as he knew the relationship I had with my mother and he didn't want me to worry. Over the years he would always inquire on how she was doing, and when she passed away he was very kind and compassionate to me which I greatly appreciated as her death impacted me greatly.
So yes, Nathan was a sweet, quiet, tender hearted soul and so much more and I will miss him greatly
May he rest in peace.... and may his memory always be a blessing.
