Celina was the type of friend you always wished to be around. I first met her when we were itty bitty soccer players, and I'm so thankful God brought us back together later in life so I could have the privilege of becoming her friend. In a time when I felt out of place, Celina helped me feel like I belonged. She was so funny, always cracking little jokes to make people smile, and while she seemed shy in some ways, she was also of the boldest and strongest people I've ever known. She was also a talented athlete with a killer kick and wicked strength, and off the pitch was so stylish and creative. She was generous, kind, and loving- but I wish I didn't have to use past tense. To her parents, if you see this, just know you raised a really, really great kid, and the world thanks you for that.
Sending your whole family and her close friends so much love in this time. You are all so strong, and there is a whole community here for whatever you need. Praying for you all always. <3

My deepest condolences to Celinas family and to sweet Celina. I spent part of my childhood with her, though it was brief she still created amazing memories with me that i still think about to this day and talk about. Her soul was nothing but bright, loving and so kind. I always hoped we reconnect in our adult hood. I will be sending prayers daily to her and her family.
May she rest in peace surrounded by love and all her Angels.

Celina was a student of ours at Iona, walking the same halls her mom walked before her and her brother after. She will be remembered as a kind, peaceful and gentle soul. My condolences to the Chapman family.
Celina was an amazing friend through all these years and was truly my other half. She was smart, talented, and knew how to make everyone laugh.
I will forever miss our dance parties in Mcdonalds bathrooms and our 3AM sing alongs to the grease soundtrack. Celina will be missed by many. May she rest in peace.
