Obituary of Millicent Constantine Russell

Millicent passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022 in Oshawa.  She was a loving and cherished mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, cousin, aunt and dear friend.  Millicent will be greatly missed by her many extended family, and friends.
