He was my best friend, my brother and sometimes it felt like he was my bodyguard. Because of his size he made me feel big too. Our friendship was not just any kind of friendship but it had God in it which made it very powerful and unbreakable. We both were percussionists and during our younger years we both played and I remember during those times he allowed me to borrow his set because I did not own one. He always said "come on man, you know we got each others back". In his on right, he played a part in shaping my music career. With tears from my heart and on my face, I say sleep my friend, see you in the new Heaven and earth.
