Auntie Neats, may you rest in eternal peace. Your smile, and dancing, will be missed. I am at a loss for words, but thank you for giving me my “sister cousin” and decades of memories! One of the most vivid, was checking in on you with Juice, before dropping him off at daycare. He was about three years old and he enjoyed that little time. You will be greatly missed, Auntie. Forever loved. Blessings.
Your niece, Heather and great-nephews Damian, Joshua, Josiah and the late Donté.

"Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted." Anita and I share something in common for many ,many years. We both married two brothers. Over the years that we had known each other never a rude word or anything unpleasant between our families took place. We loved her and will remember all the fond memories. Rest in peace, my Avon Lady .

Andrea, I am sending you and your family sincere condolences on behalf of my family and me at the passing of Anita (Neats). I remember her as being the "Avon lady" who was always kind, business like, friendly and gentle. Her smile was captivating. My son told me that he remembers her as the lady who taught him to dance. Thanks Neats for all that you did and may you continue to rest in Peace and rise in Glory.

My sincere condolences to the Harding and the extended Miller families on losing the matriarch of our generation. Neats carried and wore this honor with pride and dignity. She was always immaculate, neat, well-dressed and showed her style with much aplomb. She walked in such a dignified way with much poise, elegance and pride. Neats often visited her late grandmother “ Mammie”, and it was a joy for her too. As a kid, it was a pleasure to see her, not only because of her charming smile but because she always brought us something… cookies, sweets and the occasional dollar. Yet, Neats was as disciplined , as she demanded it. As the matriarch, she demanded respect. She was stern and showed by example what it meant to be the senior of all the cousins. She always spoke assuredly and we respected her for fear of being ordered to sit. This meant “don’t move.” Yet, she knew what was expected of us and modeled such behavior out of care and love. May Neats rest in peace.

My love and condolences goes out to the Harding and Carte family. Meats was. The nicest and sweetest cousin. I am never forget her cute laugh and her cooking. She was extremely good to me as a younger cousin and when my Dad her Uncle was ill, she made the journey to Massachusetts to see him one last time before he passed. She and was one of the favorites of my Dad and the Miller family (Lionel Miller) will miss her dearly. May she rest in the arm of the Father and have everlasting peace.

To the siblings other family members and friends of Anita Carter ( Braithwaite) in Canada, Barbados and beyond I extend my sincere condolences on her passing. Many of us will remember her from the many parties and dances she attended with and without her late husband Garvan. She enjoyed cutting the rug with an ever gracious smile. She was a regular supporter of the various Bajan group functions.
I've never seen her angry nor upset a family trait I noticed.
Now she is joining her late husband Garvan who loved the dirt she walked on
Anita Rest In Peace.
