Obituary of Maureen Redhead Calliste

Maureen Agatha Redhead Calliste was born  September 13th , 1957 and passed on February 8th, 2024.

 

Born in Grenada to Mr. Sydney Redhead and Mrs. Clarice Redhead. She was a faithful member of The Prayer Palace Church  in Toronto, Canada where she lived for many years.

 

Preceded in death by her mother Clarice,  father Sydney ,daughter Credele and  brothers Benedict & Claude . Survived by her husband of over 20yrs in marriage Dunstan Calliste and children Rickson, Kathy, Clint, Clinton & Travis . As well as her sisters Dayna & Hazel along with brothers Benedict and Clinton. There are 11 grandchildren and  1 great grand son.Plus other close friends, coworkers and relatives throughout Grenada, Trinidad, New York, England and Canada.

 

Our family has lost a matriarch.

 

We were taught about faith in God and that he will never leave or forsake us. Also reminded of his mercy and favor. Her light was a beacon to everyone she ever met with constant acts of kindness and thoughtfulness . With her there was always a word of encouragement even when she needed it for herself displaying a prime example of selflessness.

 

As she continues to be tremendously missed. We understand that God has called his angel to heaven so she can dwell with him throughout eternity .
