Percy was such a friendly and kind individual, his humbleness and talent made him popular in the community. He was a great chef and a wonderful family friend. My sympathy goes out to his beautiful wife Tessa, his children and the rest of the family. Percy we all miss you so much especially mommy. Rest in Paradise until we meet again.. sleep on

I'm so sorry that the Plummer family has experienced the loss of this gentle giant. Please accept my deepest condolences. This sweet gentleman has been so supportive of my sister who had a stroke from the very first day we started eating at his restaurant. Every single time he shared her food he would add something extra to it. I appreciated his kindness and thoughtfulness towards us. It was on Wednesday when we stopped in with my sister and father to have lunch. As I was heading back to the table Mr. Plummer called to me and asked me to get him some water from the fridge. I gave him the water he took it and went to the back. We ate and then eft. Imagine our suprise to hear two days later that he had returned to the bossom of Jehovah God. Had I known that we were in the midst of our final interaction on this side of eternity I would've thanked him for his kindness not only to us but everyone that entered that restaurant. I would thank him for making that place welcoming to everyone from everywhere. I want to join with his family to thank God for these 68 years in which he was able to build a wonderful family with a wife and children and businesses. I'm better off having met him on my journey. Praying for the hearts of his loved ones left to morn his passing. May Jesus the comforter be ever so near to help, comfort and guide you as you navigate this immense loss.

Percival James Plummer was a man of many talents, he was Chef, Driving Instructor, Carpenter and Musician. Percy played the guitar and was good at it, he was an authentic Chef who was passionate in his culinary skills. Percy was kind and helpful to the people in his life, and was the glue that held his family together both here in Canada and Jamaica. He was a hard worker and this demonstrated to everyone the type of man he was. Percy will be missed by everyone he knew personally and by the ones he met throughout his life. Percy was my Personal and good friend he will be missed but not forgotten and will always be in our hearts!! Gone too soon, but God needed you more. Rest in Eternal, and Perpetual Peace. Walk Good!!

My deepest condolences to Tessa, Percy's children, grandchildren,and family. It is with a heavy heart that I express my sadness when I heard Precival passed away. He was a very kind generous, humble, giving human being. I have always been able to call on Precival to prepare meals for every special occasions and yes even when my mother passed away during covid Percy was there for me. I will never,ever forget my brother Percival. I know his kindness and generosity will be rewarded. His impact on the Toronto Police Service (12 Division) will also be missed. Ricardo Clayton

My condolences to the family , I knew Percy from when the Resturant was downtown , 15 years always eat from Resturant for years … it was a total chock when I heard the news , still can’t believe it , we will see you in the new system the resurrection, and a reminder to family god is with the broken heart .
