Pops.......It took me this long to gather my thoughts and to decide what it is I want to say to not only you but to your loving family; which they've come to mean as ever lovingly to me as you have. Pops, I can't express how much you are missed. I know the heart was willing to complete the journey.....but the body was tired. I am so blessed to have shared special memories; laughter; and sometimes heartaches with you while you were here. Pops....I Love You, and Mom.....my heart has been heavy, and tears have flowed...it is true time lightens that load. You are at 'Peace' now - rest.....HEY!! and do me a favour find my Dad and tell him what a difference you've made in my life since he's been gone. Also, you both can celebrate your birthdays' on November 23rd. I've heard where you are – it's beautiful and you are no longer old. I Light this Candle for you today and may it burn brightly until we meet again. Lovingly, although not by blood, but by heart your daughter, Jennifer.
"Pops" - You lived your life grand and with blessing
Your memory now is a treasure.
You are beyond words
And are missed beyond measure.

Pops was a loving and caring Father who treated everyone the same. He enjoyed playing cricket, watching sports and listening to the news. Pops loved telling us old time stories and making us laugh. Everyone enjoyed his company. We all miss and love you. May God let your soul Rest In Peace.

To my dearest uncle we will surely miss your laughter the way in which you would make the kids make fun of uncle, and never the less how you used to drive grandmother nuts, now that you are with her please go easy on her, sleep on uncle until we meet again.

Pops... Wow. I can't believe you're gone. From I was little you were like my grandfather. The memories are endless. I will miss the days of you yelling at me to turn down the young people music. Or when you would laugh because we asked you something ridiculous and then tell us not to worry ourselves because we were troubling you. That smile you always had on your face will never be forgotten ... Sleep in peace Pops.. you will be missed dearly- Little Blackwood
