It was a pleasure meeting and knowing This Beautiful Soul and My Friend. From the day I met Mona in 2007, we developed a beautiful relationship which lasted 13 1/2 years until her passing. I have no regrets ever knowing her. She was such a Gem, simple, honest, kind, soft spoken, humble, Positive and Independent human being.
She face many storms throughout her lifetime, and fought her battles to the end. MONA, you are gone but i am left with those wonderful memories we shared together. You were My Sister/My Friend & My Family. I sure will miss you. Thank you for being a Special part of my life. Rest In Peace!
All my love and Heartfelt Sympathy to Arlen, Kalene and her entire family. May everyone find Peace and Comfort during this difficult time!

Mona worked with our Business Enquiries Call Centre (BECC) for three years, having joined us in May 2015 as a Taxpayer Services Agent. We have known her to be full of life, energetic with a positive outlook that showed in all her interactions with her peers and the taxpayers she served. She was involved in several activities other than our core program, particularly in our charitable campaign and she always served as a candle lighting the way of others. Though she has not been in the workplace for two years now, for those of us who have known her, our loss is real. In our own measure, we remember and cherish her memories and honor her life’s example of strength of character, courage, compassion, resilience and dignity. We are thankful that Mona had graced our workplace and we will remember that Mona always served selflessly with a smile and with sincere efforts to help.
To Mona's family and friends, please accept our condolences with prayers for her eternal repose.

I worked with Mona as a member of the Public Service. I gave her a name Mona HighPower. Reason was she was tall. and I liked her energy. She was gracious and kind. and a willing participant to help when necessary. I am sad to know she had passed. More sad to know I didn't attend the service, had I known earlier I definitely would have. My condolences to the Family. A Loving Lady Indeed. Bless.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Mona as a member of the public service.
She was a ray of love and sunshine to all her colleagues and especially her teammates. She was kind and generous with her heart and time, and through it all carried herself with the upmost grace. Every time we spoke she always told me she was at peace because no matter what she was winning. I will miss her dearly and send my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to her family.
