Remembering Eleth Jean Walker (Mother Walker) Mom...who I met in Canada over 12 years ago from then we had a mother and daughter bond that never been broken upon the day of her departure from this life...this woman of God was a beautiful soul, even to those she had never met, almost 95% of our conversation is about the awesomeness of God, nothing and no one could take the place of God in her life. Whenever time I called her and she's going through her rough days, prayer is the first medicine we started with and after we prayed there's always made a difference. Mother Walker was an inspiration in myself, she never ceased to love and to do for other as the Almighty God lead her to. On Saturday the 5th of December before she past her daughter Gossett connected me to see and speak to her on facetime, just to say goodbye to her and we did communicate for awhile...thanks be to God. Today I can say she had fought the good fight, she had finished the race, she had kept the faith...and now a crown of life is lay up in glory for her. Myself and Occupy Prayer Group send sincere condolences to the family especially her children and grandchildren at this time of bereavement be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Rest well mom.

W, Warm hearted A, Attractive L, Loving and loyal K, Kindhearted E, Excellent person who would always lend a shoulder to cry on, a tower of strength to lean on and a mother of Zion who walked with the Lord since she was a child. Sincere condolences to Jean’s children, siblings and other family members from Raphael, Dawn & Raquel Parkes. Sister Jean was truly a dear soul. She lived a very good Christian life. Her lovely smile will always be remembered. The Friday evening before she died she told me via telephone that she was on her way home. She is resting in peace - Dawn Higgins-Parkes
