Obituary of Leroy Augustus Pratt

Leroy Augustus Pratt was called home to rest on Sunday, January 31st at his home in Toronto Canada. He was born November 2, 1945, in Kingston, Jamaica, to the late Walter Pratt and Icilyn Saunders Pratt. The family resided in Kingston where Leroy received his formal education. Thereafter, he trained as an auto mechanic at the Jamaican-German Mechanical School.

He later immigrated to Toronto, Canada where he worked for many years at the Ford Motor Corporation. Leroy also spent a period of time living in Miami, Florida, and New York.

He will be sorely missed, but his memory will be cherished and kept alive by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Leroy is predeceased by his parents, Walter and Icilyn Pratt.

Funeral service will be held in Santa Cruz, St Elizabeth, Jamaica W.I

PANDEMIC INSTRUCTIONS:

Please be advised there is a 10 ppl maximum capacity permitted in the funeral home (includes children and babies) .  Staff will be continuously monitoring capacity numbers. Once we have reached capacity, guests will be asked to remain outside as there is NO gathering in the funeral centre at any time.

MANDATORY:  Face masks must be worn inside of the funeral centre at all times.
