On behalf of my father, Winston Hurlock, and our family, I would like to extend my prayers and condolences. I never had the opportunity to know Nyle in life, but she was part of my family nonetheless, and I deeply mourn her passing. The loss of a child is especially difficult and hard to understand. It is reasonable to feel angry and ask why. If there is any comfort, any hope in this, let it be Christ, who knows the end from the beginning and in whose arms little Nyle now rests. She is at peace, and I pray for you, her mother, Curtis, her grandfather (my cousin), and all who knew and loved her that you find His peace also, as only faith can bring. God be with you. I had the honour to meet Nyle at a friend’s gathering a couple years ago … and in a house full of adults and older children, I remember vividly, this beautiful little child lit up the room with her big personality, sweet endearing voice and her diamond smile. She outshined everyone. She charmed and impressed me instantly as she wasn’t shy or afraid to introduce her sweet self to me & talk to me while her step-mommy and dad beamed with pride watching our interaction. My heart goes out to the family of this precious baby. She’s soaring with the angels & experiencing a realm of life we are not worthy to experience. God chooses His angels wisely. We trust your plan Father. Cover their family. Wrap them in your arms. Provide understanding…comfort and healing during this time. Love always Char, Jody & the rest of your family.
