My condolences on the passing of Mr.Tseng. I know I will always associate him with Avening Drive and up to my last trip to TO, I would always take a glimpse as I passed by Melody Village to see if I saw him or something I associated with your family by the house. He will be missed.

Sending our deepest condolences to the family. Your father was such a warm and caring person. He would always talk so proudly of his kids and all of their accomplishments. He gave alot of great advices to my kids as well and would drop off books for them to read. Such a wise man with so much knowledge and wisdom. May his soul rest in peace. To Mrs Tseng, Susy and Swayn. I will always remember your father' s kind smile, and the conversations we used to have at the house on Avening. From day one he was kind and welcoming. I will never forget him. He was strong, and always had words of wisdom to share.He led an active life, and he was inspiring to watch at his age. I remember the first time I met Papa Tseng at the family home on Avening Drive. Susy and I were 14 years old. Papa Tseng was on the couch watching sports as he often did, he looked up and greeted me with a smile. To this day I remember feeling the warm energy emanate from him. He was a very kind soul who was so proud of his children and celebrated every accomplishment -high school graduation at Martin Grove (Susy of course graduated on the Honour Roll), U of T and so much more. I especially remember Papa Tseng's moment of joy when Susy shared the news of her first marketing job with Bell ("555"!). His loving patience as a Father was something we can all learn from. We had many an adventure with his good old Chrysler K-Car that we can laugh about today but that were certainly questionable at the time. In spite of those adventures, Papa Tseng always remained calm and patient. I can't imagine anything ever disturbed his inner peace, a lesson that in our world today, we should all aspire to emulate. May He Rest In Peace.
